Northern Ireland boasts of a stunning and spectacular northern coastline as well the varied lakeland scenery of its inland counties. It has glorious mountain ranges and romantic glens packed with breathtaking landscapes. The rugged countryside of the Sperrins is an area of outstanding natural beauty unaffected by time.

Sites from every era of Irish history are to be found in these Ulster counties among them Navan Fort (Emhain Macha) once the ancient capital of Ireland. The walled city of Derry (Londonderry) is among the best preserved city fortifications in Europe and Armagh city is now the ecclesiastical centre of Ireland. Belfast has remained an attractive city with a heritage retained from the Industrial Revolution.
